Traffic light project completed
After
seven months of working on it on and off, the traffic light project is finally
complete! We bought the light at last year's Covered Bridge Festival in
Parke County (see the original story HERE)
and started working on it shortly thereafter. The project was suspended
for part of the winter because it was just too cold to paint in the garage.
After about ten coats of spray paint, the painting was finally completed a
little over a week ago. With the help of Scott's brother, Sean, they wired
up a controller unit (seen in one of the photos below) to flash the lights in
different patterns. The three red push buttons on the back of the unit
change the flash patterns. The light is now hanging in our game room.
