Jackie
began her secretarial career in 1984 as a receptionist for a pest control
company where she answered phones, scheduled appointments, routed technicians,
and filed work tickets. In 1991 she took a position at a Caterpillar
Dealership working directly for the General Manager, 5 salesmen and 6 electrical
engineers where her duties were typing quotes and memos, filling, etc. Jackie joined the White River Township Fire Department as receptionist on May 24, 2004. Her responsibilities include answering telephones, greeting visitors, filing and miscellaneous other support functions. Jackie volunteers in her neighborhood association, at her church, and has volunteered at a battered women's shelter.
