White River Township Fire Department Senior Staff Meeting February 6, 2002
Present:	Mike Tibbetts, Scott Cassin, Eric Brown, Joel Thacker and Kim Clawson.

1. Kevin Skipper, Bruce Alexander and Joe Settles are house officers.

2. Chief Slauter gave an update on his knee surgery. He is expected to be out for about a week, then will be on light duty in the office for 4-6 weeks. Andy Martindale will be the A shift Battalion Chief.

3. Tanker should be done this afternoon.

4. Chief Slauter addressed recent EMS supply problems. This is tabled until the staff meeting.

5. Bruce Alexander expects a signed contract with Rural Metro soon.

6. Kim gave an update on the awards banquet.

7. Joel is working on an education policy proposal.

8. We are selling our VHF radios.

9. Station 51 barn will be cleaned out soon.
