	Senior Staff Meeting

Present:  Chief Dutton, Chief; Mike Tibbetts, Battalion Chief; Eric Brown, Battalion Chief; Bruce Alexander, Lieutenant; Kim Clawson, Admin. Asst. 

Called to order at 0900 hours. 

1.        Ambulance discussion.

-          Chief Dutton feels that forcing PMT to fulfil the remainder of the contract would be nearly impossible with the current thin staffing.

-          Propose to bring new ambulance company in 2/1 with a short lease.

-          Rural Metro only ASSISTS the patient with Medicare/Medicaid billing.

-          PMT/EMAS will be retrieving any supplies and equipment that are left here.  Because an order has not been recently placed, supplies are low.

-          Chief Dutton direct Bruce to make a presentation at Thursday (1/20) meeting to show the current situation, the 10 year plan, and our option.  

2.  Chief Tibbetts discussed the results of his recent mutual aid meeting with Greenwood.  He is updating our mutual aid responses.
