	Senior Staff Meeting

Present:  Chief Dutton, Chief; Mike Tibbetts, Battalion Chief; Scott Cassin Battalion Chief; Eric Brown, Battalion Chief; Joel Thacker, Lieutenant; Kim Clawson, Admin. Asst.

Called to order at 1317 hours. 

1.        Discussion regarding Carey Slauter’s driving incident which occurred November 17, 1999.   He has not been driving since the incident.  It was agreed by all present that Carey be reinstated to driving status immediately.   Also, letters of reprimand will be placed in both his file, as well as Joe Marsh’s because it was agreed that both could have taken steps to prevent the incident. 

2.        Upcoming BIF projects:

March – Turnout gear, architect services for station 53, 800mhz system, Zoll 12 lead monitor,

Power Point projector, Grass 51 replacement (or used ambulance, depending upon

FPDB decision at meeting 1/5).

                May – Computer links between stations and replacement for Battalion 5. 

3.        Beginning February 1, all department trainings will be moved to station 52 due to the insufficient space for apparatus parking at station 51. 

4.        Revisited and updated 10 year plan.
