Updates:
- Rhonda
Bailey has resigned
- New
part time personnel will be starting soon. Please make them feel welcome.
- Kim is
in the process of computerizing the time sheets, with the help of Chief
Cassin. Please have patience. We may only be issuing paper time sheets
one or two at a time until we can get the computerized version up and
running.
- Chief
Tibbetts commended Captain Skipper and Chief Brown on the Toy Drive. He also stated that he was disappointed
with those employees who didn’t volunteer.
- Chief
Cassin stated that there would soon be an update to Firehouse
Software. This should not alter its
appearance any, only the way it operates.
- Chief
Cassin stated that we now have the capability of making our own office
door signs in house now. Please see
Lt. Smith if you have any questions on this or need to get one made.
- Chief
Cassin stated that 2005’s budget will be officially closed on 1/3/06 and
no further expenses will be coded to that year’s budget.
- Chief
Thacker stated that CPR update will be next week.
- Discussion
held on RIT bags. Chief Slauter directed Lt. Alford to
handle getting prices for the items requested.
- Chief
Slauter instructed everyone on how to handle responses to natural gas
leaks, after having recent problems with phone and electric utilities slow
responses. Please see him with any questions
on this.
- Chief
Engmark explained the new flag policy, which is effective immediately.
- Chief
Brown stated that everyone must use the street look up feature in
Firehouse when entering run reports.
Do not make up your own street name.
- Chief
Tibbetts requested anyone interested in attending the 2006 Paramedic Class
to please submit a letter of writing to Chief Thacker asap. They
will decide who will be attending.
Tentative start date is February 15, but no applications have been
released yet.

Tibbetts thanked everyone for their hard work this year and wished
everyone a Happy Holiday.
