Meeting called to order at 11:00 a.m. at White River Fire
Station #52 for the purpose of opening bids received for the construction of
White River Fire Headquarters/Station #53.

Terry Burnworth welcomed everyone and introduced personnel from Prince Alexander. Mr. Burnworth stated that after the bids are opened and read aloud today, he and his staff will be returning to their office to review all bids. They will then contact the lowest qualified bidders next week to arrange a Scope Review session. After the Scope Review session has been completed, recommendations for approval will be made to the Fire Protection District Board. He requested that anyone wishing to contact his office to determine who the low bidders were today, to please wait until Tuesday, May 2, 2000. This will allow his staff to complete their portion of the bid review.
