	Board Meeting Minutes

FD Present:  Mike Dutton, Jeremy Pell, and Eric Brown.

1.        Meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m. to review the one bid received for turnout gear.  Bid received from Donley & Associates in the amount of $ 6,528.  This was a partial bid only and included the following items:  boots, helmets, nomex hood, and gloves. 

The Fire Protection District Board will convene at this location on Wednesday, January 13, 1999 at 4:00 p.m. for the purpose of reviewing and awarding the bid.
