Fritz
opened the meeting by announcing that he and Dennis O’Toole had spoken about
Dennis continuing to keep the books for the Association for a monthly stipend
without serving on the Board. Dennis
proposed a monthly fee of $250 plus expenses (stationery and postage). All members agreed that this was agreeable in
lieu of hiring a management company.

Jerry Day
reported that he had spoken to Bill Dickie about the
landscaping at the entrance. Evergreen

landscape contractor, Brickman Landscape and asked them to clean up the
planters.

Directories
Phone
directories were distributed in 2007.
They were prepared by a company at no charge to the homeowners. It is not clear whether there were any extra
directories produced and who might have them. It would be nice to have these
for new residents. Jerry Day stated that
not every resident at the time of distribution received a directory. If anyone knows if there are additional
directories and where they are, please let us know.
