Cruise to the Caribbean

    It was once again time for our annual trip with some close friends to the Caribbean aboard a cruise ship.  This is the third year in a row that the group has gotten together over Super Bowl week for the trip.  This year we traveled some 1,800 miles by air, 500 miles by car, and over 2,700 miles by sea during the ten day excursion.  We visited six different islands including Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, Tortola, Virgin Gorda, Antigua, and the Bahamas (Nassau).  We sailed aboard the the Carnival Freedom, which is our second time on this particular ship.  Overall the trip was fantastic and seemed to fly by, as usual.  Everyone had a great time and are already looking forward to the next one.
