Johnson County Fair

    This was the sixth year in a row that we've started the Johnson County Fair with the annual balloon race.  The race is always on opening day and this year was no exception.  We met up with Anya Woodruff and her family to watch the balloons as they got set up and lifted off.  The fire department had its Strawberry Shortcake tent again this year so I spent some time at the fair almost every day during the week.  It was unfortunately an on-and-off rainy week, so attendance was way down overall.  Photos from the balloon race are below.
