A day at Mount Comfort

    we decided late in the day that we would go to this year's air show out at Mount Comfort.  This turned out to be a mistake.  After the 45-minute or so trip, we discovered that the Blue Angel's were about to begin and at that point no one was allowed to enter the grounds.  Ok, no big deal, we'll just pull off to the side of the road and watch there.  So we did, and what a show it was.  We were actually in a great spot because the jets flew directly overhead on several occasions about 100 feet up and who knows how fast.  After the half-hour show, we then made our way toward the only entrance.  Now we're told we have to wait for patrons to leave the facility before they let anyone else in (we guess it was a one-way road).  After another couple of hours of driving around aimlessly, we finally gave up and went home.  That had to be the most unorganized conundrum we've seen in quite some time.  It's time to the move the show to a bigger facility and get it out of hillbillyville!  Anyway, we got a couple of shots of the planes and then a short video of them passing by.  Click on the links below to watch.
