A day of relaxation at Patoka Lake

    We went on a three-hour drive around the southern half of Indiana and finally landed at Patoka Lake near French Lick, Indiana.  We met up with a group of friends who were camping and boating there for the weekend.  We didn't take any overnight gear so we only stayed for the afternoon, but the weather was perfect and everyone had a great time.  We left the park around sundown and then traveled about 45 minutes to just outside Louisville, Kentucky and went to the Caesar's Riverboat and Casino.  This was our first time to a riverboat casino and we had a fantastic time - even coming away with a little of their money!  The two-hour drive back home was a little tough though arriving in Greenwood around 2:30 in the morning.
